Sarah grew up playing softball, basketball, and golf, but didn't start participating in endurance sports until her freshman year of college. It was then she first started running and fell in love with the training process and endurance community. In high school and college, she was a deep water lifeguard and, following college, started cycling. The culmination of these 3 events into a triathlon did not start until 2015, where she completed 3 triathlons: Ironman Raleigh 70.3, OBX Half Tri, and Ironman North Carolina - Beach 2 Battleship. She has nearly 25 years experience in data analytics, advanced analytics, machine learning, and data science. She currently leads a team of forward-deployed AI engineers. Why is this important? Data matters! Being able to analyze your body's data is crucial towards success and staying injury-free. I will teach you how to interpret your own health and training data so that you can make the best decisions for your health and your goals.
Community is at the heart of our business, which is why giving back is so important to us. Sarah has raised over $30,000 for Homes For Our Troops while training for the Boston, Chicago, and Berlin Marathon. Additionally, she has and continues to serve as a Unified Partner race guide for Special Olympics of Florida and the Chris Nikic 1% Better Foundation.
